For over 20 years, I have worked in technology, entrepreneurship, and leadership. I am passionate about innovation, digital transformation, and education. In my current role as Manager of CITYINNOHUB, the European Digital Innovation Hub in South-East Romania, I help local companies and public institutions take their first steps into the digital world, testing new technologies, offering training, and supporting access to funding.
Looking back, I was part of founding and growing WinSoft, a Romanian startup that became a national leader in pharmacy digitalization, serving over 1,200 pharmacies. I was also closely involved in developing the PharmaOriginal software suite and in partnerships with both public institutions and private health sector partners.
But my work is not only about technology. I also started two creative and educational projects: WinSoft Invent, an award-winning digital creative studio in marketing, and Creative Start Center, an afterschool that helps children grow both academically and creatively.
Until February 2025, I was Growth & Development Director for Europe at Junior Chamber International (JCI), where I helped design strategies for a network of young leaders across Europe. I am also the curator of TEDxConstanța, a former national president of JCI Romania, and I always support projects about ethical leadership, education, and sustainable growth.
The Meaning of “Play it Forward”
My personal motto, “Play it forward!”, is more than just a phrase. For me, it means living with an open mind, staying curious, and taking action, not just waiting for things to happen. “Play” means to be involved, to learn, and to try new roles in life. But it also means having the courage to make mistakes and to grow from them.
The second part, “pay it forward”, is about sharing what I learn with others. It is about helping people around me, supporting positive change in the community, and making sure that the good things I receive do not stop with me, they go further.
Why This Matters
I believe that every step we take, every lesson we learn, can become a gift for someone else. We can all inspire others by sharing our experience, our knowledge, and our time. This is how we build better communities, stronger organizations, and a more sustainable future.
“Play it forward” is not just my motto. It is an invitation for everyone: get involved, keep learning, and help others do the same. The more we give, the more we all grow.
